How can there be an effective campaign to bring justice to me and all impacted individuals whose hard-earned money is being held by these crooks?

They have not paid us over $55,000. Their entire staff is a bunch of liars and always send the same email full of excuses.
Their CEO and CFO are cowards and never respond to any communication. All affected suppliers should form a group and pursue joint legal action.

Crooks and Cons
Owed money but Gattani hides. He will go to jail.
Drugs *** and his lady who is scam Meena B. She is under criminal charges soon.
They owe us 75k USD. Read lawsuit in NY. Also hiding money in public company Atlantic Holdings.

Keep saying due to banking issues funds are delayed and the last 2 months they stopped responding.

It is a *** company run by some *** who do not have professional values. They are robbers who steal money from their consultants in order to feed their families. They must be reported to USCIS.
They stole my 3-month payments, and they do not have any shame to accept it; instead, they just keep sending pacifying emails. We have emailed them and tried to contact them via phone, but nobody wants to talk to us; instead, communication was only via emails. This company must be reported to the DOL and USCIS and should be barred from conducting any business in the USA.

Non Payment and Fraud
We are contracted by IDC by one of their shell companies they owe us 200k and wont communicate.
I saw today Prateek Gattani sole owner of this scam has been accused of fraud by his bank.
In New York Federal Court BMO vs Prateek Gattani. 57 million dollar fraud suit.
We sued them and he travels in private planes, drives Bentley car.
And his staff does not get paid. IDC is a criminal operation.

One of the HRs Meenakshi B. from IDC was signing authority for the MSA with our organization Addiox Technologies.
There is more then $100K overdue with IDC for almost a year now. Surprisingly, no one is responding to email / ph calls from Accounts and given contact details in the MSA.

Vendor payment process for TCS and IDC
I have been working with TCS via IDC prime vendor. The vendor management and payment process is pathetic and internal support team does not know when the payout window is.
i would not encourage any of the business partners work with the IDC vendor. You may request TCS to find out alternative vendor who can pay the payments on time.

working with Sanajna ,praveen ,hakoshep help desk vendor management team where this team is not able to provide any processing dates for last 8 months. we are perusing legal process on the vendor management team to resolve the payment issue

They escape paying money to contractors
I have worked for IDC for 2.5 as a contractor and after my project ended they delayed the payment of last 2 months and after following up for 2 months continuously, they had payed one month and did not pay the last month salary.
Since several months of emails calls and following up they simply drop same message saying Dear Vendor,
Apologies for the delay.
We are following up with the payable team, they will proceed with the payment soon.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Same email evryday for 6 months stright.

I worked for IDC's client, CVS Health, from 4/17 to 8/23. I was paid as an independent contractor through my LLC.
I am owed over $40,000dod but can't get paid.
Your HR director, Meena Bhakhry, no longer answers my emails. She just tells payroll to deal with it and they say they can't get their partner, TCS, to approve my invoices, so it keeps going in a loop. Some of the unpaid invoices are from 2022.
Meena also won't give me a name in IDC legal I can speak with. Please contact me to resolve this.
