Can't understand them!

In this company, the performance of the employees is greatly valued and employees are given the opportunity to explore new paths and actions that might lead to an improved performance. This is true even on a global extent, thanks to IDCs extensive reach.
IDCs has grown and expanded to several countries in the last couple of years. It now has easily over 5,000 associates and employees working around the world to achieve all kinds of things.
This gives you the opportunity to grow in terms of experience and form an impressive curriculum. However, I dont think management motivates employees as much as they need, but this is a rapidly growing company and Im sure this will be addressed as more techniques and systems are implemented.

Aggessive, harrassing recruiters
I am letting you know that the recruiters you have working there are clueless to the talents they are searching for...(2) in particular and Amit Kumar and Sameer Sharma. I have spoken to each of them already and could not understand a word they said.
I also gave them my current salary and skills. And every other day they are sending me jobs with very minimum pay. I make $105k and they are sending me jobs for less than $30k. Today they pushed me too far.
Amit sent me same e-mail after I stated that the job is not for me. Then 3 hours later he sends me same one.
At that point I told I would block IDC if they kept harrassing me. That's when Sameer Sharma sent one immediately after.

WORTHLESS Company
I receive 2-3 emails every day from IDC Technologies, Most for positions I have already refused. They have NEVER contacted me regarding a job that matched my skill set or was in the correct geographical area.
Every time I explain that the position is in the wrong location they keep pushing the job. I have told them 6 times to stop calling, replied to their emails instructing them to stop calling. But they still call at least 2 - 3 times EVERY day and keep flooding my mailbox with worthless job prospects day after day.
Why won't they take go to h#!! for an answer....This is a completely worthless group of recruiters!
Preferred solution: All I want from you is your absence. Please stop contacting me. I have spoken with my attorney and am ready to take legal action!

The IDC Technologies CEO Prateek Gattani directly hired me and let me say that if you can't produce you will NOT stay afloat here. The internal evaluation system rewards those that perform - if you can't perform you are unlikely to stick around.
My income is directly related to effort. If you are a contractor you also NEED to submit proper bank account information, documents, etc. Most of the negative reviews on here complaining about salary/delayed payments are coming from those that don't submit the right documents or decide to "fudge" things and end up complaining when there are delays. Nobody on my team has had such delays, but ALL proper documentation was submitted.
My biggest recommendation would be to have more training courses for those that are performing well, this will only further increase their output. And try to offer more options for project switching once placed on the client side.
